We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.
  • COD is not available for Apparels.
  • The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  • All orders are processed from our warehouse in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
  • COD (except apparels) is available and we charge INR 199 per product. Maximum Limit by INR 15,000.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:.

  • Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout.
  • The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  • Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.
  • Customers to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  • All orders are processed from our warehouse in Noida, Uttar Pardesh, India

TRACKING AND DELIVERY:

  • Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
  • Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
  • The order status can also be tracked on 5 elements website footer “Order Status” link under “Customer Assistance.”
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  • Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
  • In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Exchange and Return.

MODES OF PAYMENT:

  • For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.
  • For all International transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) as well as payments vide PayPal and PayU (third party payment gateways).
  • American Express credit cards may not be accepted for some transactions, due to some technical issue with our payment partners. However, American Express card transactions can be routed through PayPal accounts.
  • Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the card holder explicitly with the bank
